WORK DETAILS

Work hours or Office hours - Monday- Friday.

Ex. Location: 900 E 23rd Hutchinson, KS

Must be available to work 36-40 hours per week, between 7:15 am - 6:15pm M-F and then 7:45am - 12:15pm on rotating Saturdays.

Must be available from 7:15 a.m. - 6:15 p.m. Monday - Friday. Some Saturday mornings required from 8:00 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.

Example: Office hours - Monday- Friday.

No evenings or Sundays!

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR (INSERT POSITION) (7-10 BULLETS FROM JD)

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

• Insert top 5-7 duties for role
• Provides superior service to our members promptly and professionally.
• Pro-actively support and advance HCU's brand platform.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
• Attends meetings and training sessions as required.

REQUIREMENTS FOR (INSERT POSITION) (7-10 BULLETS FROM JD)

• (Insert job education or experience requirements) High school graduate or equivalent.
• College degree in business, finance, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• Well organized and attentive to detail
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and enforce policies and procedures.
• (Insert per Job Description): Stationary for extended periods of time. Moves up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills.
• Well organized and attentive to detail

• Strong math skills.
• Willingness to assist others.
• Strong sales/referral skills.
• Able to operate related computer applications and PC.
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: (INCLUDE IF NECESSARY)

• Valid driver's license. (Include on Traveling roles)
• Requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008. Will be subject to the required registration process, which includes fingerprinting and a criminal background screening. Fees are paid for by Heartland Credit Union. (MSS and Mortgage)
• Will be become a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) through CUNA's FiCEP program. Certification fees are paid for by Heartland Credit Union. (MSS)
• Complete required screenings.
