PURPOSE
The purpose of the Advisor II Career Path Program ----------
POSITION OVERVIEWQUALIFICATIONS
- Current Financial Services Representative (FSR) along with two years of experience in a financial institution.
- FiCEP Certification completed before application or within nine months of being selected to the program.
- Complete Senior FSR Pre-Assessment.
CAREER PATH PLAN
Once an FSR has been accepted into the Senior FSR Career Path Program, completion of the Career Path Plan is required in order to gain and maintain Senior FSR status. The Career Path Plan including required educational, sales and performance goals, should be completed satisfactorily within nine months of being accepted into the program. Once all items have been completed, employee and supervisor will meet and review eligibility for promotion. Please refer to the Senior FSR Career Path Program overview for full details.
